Out of interest, does anyone know a quality business that can service a bunch of AP, Omegas, Pateks and Rolexes in house and actually do as instructed and just service the mechanicals and not wind me up by refurbing the exterior and destroying all the patina and memories? Also, a bunch of Tissots that are probably best fixed by fitting new modules to, if possible.
Basically, I'm looking for a chap who knows exactly what he is doing and has all the tools required and can source any parts that are needed. If such a person is still allowed to exist in the modern world of control freakery watch makers.
Thanks in advance for any pointers.
PS London orientated.

Variomatic (Joe) is the man. He's not London based (Anglesey) but don't let that put you off. Excellent guy and a lot of PHers (including me) go to him

If Joe wouldn’t venture to touching the AP and PP, then I’d be very confident that ex-JLC Brendan Hoey (webwatchmaker) would be worth contacting.

Parts for the Pateks and APs would be a problem for me. Not that they should be needed in the normal course of things but some you never know about until they're fully stripped
Have a Speedy in at the moment with a tiny wear pit on one end-stone throwing it out by nearly 25 s/ day in one position. New jewel should be here & fitted today but, on a Patek, that'd be a deal breaker because I couldn't get the part and a 20+ s/day positional error is unacceptable at that level even if it's averaged out to give a good daily rate.
