Replacing LP560-4 Head Unit

Main dealer has recommended the Pioneer AVIC F70DAB as a straight swap for the original head unit and now have them in the showroom on display. Anyone swapped for this or another similar model in the AVIC range? Wondered if the existing microphone and rear camera can be used without having to modify connectors.

Looks much better in the flesh (or alcantara). Early car without camera or phone kit, hence aftermarket camera above the rear number plate and aftermarket mic on the roof. Vastly superior mapping, DAB and Apple CarPlay.
