Strava upload file size

For reasons I won't bore you all with, I need to see how much data allowance I need for my phone whilst in the Alps cycling. The main use for this will be uploading Strava rides. How big are these files? They will be long, 6hr rides.

Should be under 500kb. Is on my Garmin anyway with capture at the std 1 second. I'd be more concerned about the battery than data amount tbh.

(My mate got a silly fast time up the Glandon cos his 800 was about to die!)
