SCRATCHED THE PAINT!!!
Discussion
Its through the clear through the base coat and in the undercoat so it will not polish out, it will have to be filled and painted.....
Sadly I'm familiar with general paint repairs, my exacerbation is over the fact I want perfection and I don't think its possible without a total respray!

I feel your pain, I've put several scratches in mine whilst it's been laid up. If the scratch is where I think it is could you lose the spray line in the 'swage' of the roof and in the crease where it meets the rear wheel arch and the front windscreen? As long as you get a good paint match I reckon that should be doable.
Edited to say that you'll be painting a fairly big area but it should mean you'll not have an obvious blemish on the C piller
