Omega Speedmaster 125, thoughts?

A watch that has recently appeared on my radar, one which I can't quite decide if it's interesting and ahead of its time or a hulking slab of obscurity.

Bracelet aside, I quite like the look of one but I strongly suspect getting one on my wrist might be difficult so if there are any owners out there I'd love to hear of your thoughts. A chronograph would be a nice addition to the collection though I struggle to find one that really appeals.

Case width at 42mm is not too grande these days, though the height of 52mm might make me look like some F1 paddock refugee (not a look I'm particularly fond of)

The case is 15mm thick, only 2mm more than a speedy. Obviously it's a squarer case though.

I like them. I've often thought about buying a speedy 2 but possibly like you and this 125 couldn't decide if I could live with the shape.
