My car is with Joolz at the moment and he has pointed out to me that my throttle bodies are a bit of a mess. One of the issues is that at least on of the thin walled pipes that slides into the throttle bodies has been bent. This is the bit that the silicone inlet pipe slides onto. These don't seem to be a part of the normal throttle body refurb. What is it called and are they available anywhere ?

I think you are referring to the throttle insert, TVR part Nr. E3466

The part number doesn't seem to show stock in the normal places, TVR Parts, Powers, etc.

Best bet is to call someone like Powers, they do throttle body re-builds and may be able to get hold of the part.

Yes that might be possible, the most bent one is where someone has removed it and when putting the lock screw back in has missed the hole so the screw has pushed the tube in. Apart from that it is just some dents on the top edges. Perhaps they are a tight fit and the same someone thought it was a good idea to tap them in with a hammer.

I pulled out the ones I could a few weeks ago and cleaned up the little dents on the edges. I did find a spare set on eBay a few years ago but sold them as mine where okay when I swapped hoses

One of mine suffered some sort of fire damage prior to my ownership. I guess I'm lucky the car still exists.
