Tour De France - Morzine 2016
Discussion
You may know the TDF is heading to Morzine this year. The company I work for has a chalet in Morzine which is currently empty for the summer.
We are looking into the possibility of opening the chalet up for this, but wondered if there would be any uptake?
We could either do a B&B thing, or package it with flights or look at putting a coach on if enough interest.
A flight package with bike carriage would be circa £550 (£480 without) heading out Thursday morning, back Monday evening.
Let me know your thoughts.

Everyone I know who runs accommodation in Morzine is getting booked up already. Easiest option might be to approach a company who are established and see if they want to rent it for the extra beds? Zero work for you guys and a nice bit of cash.
Either that or fill it with company employees - it should be a great event and town will be buzzing.

I was there last week. The town is really excited about the TdF and it should be an absolute carnival. The stage will finish at the Office du Tourisme square in the centre of town. As I was driving from Val d'Isere to Morzine, I went via Megeve and drove some of the stage. OMFG!!! Awesome roads.
If it isn't booked, Room 1 or any of those at the front of Hotel Samoyede will be the best view in town!! I stayed here at the end of Feb and it has a huge balcony over looking the square (see pics).
If you can't get into the Samoyede, my trip last week was staying in Le Bergerie. This is even nicer than the Samoyede, but one street back from the square.
I would love to have gone out for this but am already booked for Ibiza that weekend :-/
