Couple of weeks ago we get in the driver id letter for one of the wagons speeding.
54 in a 40, breaking the HGV (over 7.5 ton)vehicle speed limit on an NSL road.
Checking the reg(our wagons reg numbers are consecutive) it turns out it's a 7.5 tonner(7490kg)
Strongly worded letter asking WTF is sent.
Today letter arrives with apology and no further action to be taken.

Disgusting they can't even get the offence they want cash for correct.

Moral of the story, check the fkers have got the correct offence

Yes he knows that. The notified offence was for a HGV (over 7.5 tonnes) which was incorrect for the vehicle which was a HGV (under 7.5 tonnes)
