One of my favourite live bands. Alison Mosshart literally prowls the stage, and makes a huge prescence.

Love the whole lo fi simplicity of the sound.

New single form the upcoming album is out now...

Hadn't heard of the when I saw them a few years ago in the US, good live band..

They just seem to be one of those bands that don't get too much coverage here.

I quite enjoyed that, almost got an Alex Turner/Arctic Monkeys dirgy sound.

Like the Kills a lot - hear Good Ones years ago and blew me away.

Believe it or not, have only just discovered The Kills, have missed twenty years of playing their top class music, don't know how they got under my radar

Found them by chance having searched for a piece of music played during one particular Peaky Blinders episode - Monkey 23

Bravo, opening poster Turn 7 returns to this topic nearly 4 years later. I'm made up, great that you're back here to possibly educate me

Will look for Ally Pally - The kills supporting Jack White

How many times have you seen them ? They are a great pairing, still don't know how I managed to not hear of them during the last 20 years.

Alison Mosshart is right there at the top, love the guitarists sound and style of play

The internet has proven to be worthwhile after all

Ive probably seen them about 8 times now, from the big Ally pally support gig, to them Headlining Brixotn o2 with a load of drummers on stage, but best of all, Oxford o2 - less than a thousand people and right down the front.

Thank you for that. Found many vids on YT last night and at least one of them had 4 drummers lined up at the back, not sure but Brixton or London rings a bell, will have to check

8 Times, massive into them

Cheers

Wasn't close

The 4 drummers were in a YT video from Paris

Turn7, if you do visit back, this is a very good quality full show video and although you have very likely seen it perhaps others haven't

Yet I'd never heard of them until now, feel like a proper plonker

Agreed, Alison Mosshart is top notch, James Hince is also right up there

Not at all, there’s so much good stuff I’ve missed over the years, it’s great discovering smile

I first saw the Kills in 2003/04 at the Wedgwood rooms. Great gig and a fantastic band.
