Could anybody give me a clue how much a body off chassis refurb costs, with maybe new outriggers and a bit more welding.
I realise this is a bit like askng how long is a bit of string but I'm hoping for a few examples to give me a ballpark number.

Before you say it, no I haven't got the time!

and no its not for my S3, I have other devious plans.

anything from £1500 to £3000 depending on who and wear
the labour is the killer

Hi I got a quote of around 3k for what was meant to be a bofdy fully chassis refurb including powder coating. Think this is pretty good considering the amount of labour involved.

He's going to buy a cheap one and put a Cossie in it!! I guess it can't be too much if you take the body off yourself, it would be just the welding costs.

Derek,

I'd give Adrian Venn a call at Exactly TVR - having spent time in his workshop, sounds right up his street.

Can't decide whether its Jersey (seen the photos) or Jools (read the description)?

Mind your own respective businesses

Yes I have to go to Jersey on business but I have other fiendish plan B, C & D.

Some of which involve the fact that I like the dash on S2's after seeing Hoover's car, so could be a Cossie yet.

All will be reveiled at SCH 3

Love to all
