After stripping the car down, I noticed a small electrical component by the pump...Is this a resistor? My car wasn't in the best of shape, when I bought it, and lots of little things have come to light.!!

Mine has a suppressor capacitor between the fuel pump and ground to kill electrical noise from the fuel pump motor and help prevent it getting back into the electrical system...

That makes sense...Does anyone know the specification, or part number? Or where to get it from.??

Bit of a thread reserection, bit 2 questions:

1. Did you find a replacement?
2. Is it worth replacing?
