Hi All
On the S1 glove box, what did TVR use as a pull, I have 2 holes at the bottom, picture if you have one. Mine just says TVR stitched in
Thanks

Just a small pull tab Alan. No frills on Austin smile

I think later S1's had a small round wood rffect knob pinched from a small cabinet drawer.;)

Can do a pull tab, don't like the idea of a wood knob from B&Q, so TVR ish

Just to confirm, the S1 glovebox has a small tab at the bottom of the door, and uses a sort of overcentre hinge to keep the door open. Pretty crude!

Hi,
the old one had some sort of handle on it, looks like it will gat a tab on it. noticed the hinge has the words Ferrari stamped on it, how cool is that, my old one is the wrong colour so it will get a now one.
Alan

you can see where the handle has been. this one is scrap if anybody wants one (just the material)

I could put the bog roll behind it a bit like a kleenex box

My glovebox had a wooden handle which appeared to be original, I have subsequently painted it black.
The glovebox hinge is the type normally fitted to kitchen units and also appears to be original'
