seat raising blocks? anyone installed them?

Hi chaps. As above really. I've got hold of some to raise the seat about an inch or so. Has anyone fitted them? Just after a bit of a heads up really!

Has the seat just sagged a bit due to the onset of middle aged spread, or are you adapting it for use by a shorty?
If it's the former, there's a worthwhile fix on this thread

Still nice and firm....just wanting to raise a little for a shorty

All I did was remove the seat and cut a little pad of wood, drilled a hole through it and bolted it back in again. I only put the pad under the rear of the seat so it tilted it forward and up.If you raise the whole seat you may find your legs are jammed up under the wheel.

Got them on both swmbo is a little low in the rear

Hi, have done both drivers and passenger side. Both short in the body dimension!!!! 1.5" passenger side and 1" driver side, need to allow steering wheel clearance.
