Anyone got any experience of using either for servicing, etc a 3.2 Carrera?

Thanks

Use Steve at JAZ for my 3.2. They're great, he's told me not to bother with a couple of things when he could easily have charged me. I suspect you'll have people saying great things about RPM as well. I'd go with whoever is most convenient.

Another vote for JAZ here. I've used both.
Helps that they're now closer in St. Albans too.
To be fair, both will look after your car well. Go wherever is easiest or get them both to quote.

Are Jaz good for a 1970 911T?

Another 'nother vote for Jaz, best customer service I have experienced. Steve is a great guy, very knowledgable, and honest which for me is the most important thing.

I used Jaz for both my 3.2 Carrera's which I ran as daily drivers for circa 9 years. They now look after my 996 turbo.

They're certainly air-cooled experts as they own a number of early 911 and impact bumper plus later water-cooled cars. Plus Steve races and prepares early air-cooled race cars.

Worth paying them a visit in their new(ish) St.Albans premises (nr Sopwell House) off the A414 (nr M25 J21a).

Steve and Jaz all the way, He's looked after my 3.2 for over a decade covering both routine servicing and any upgrade work that I wanted done. Very knowledgeable about air cooled and a great bunch of lads to boot.

For balance I'll vote RPM

They look after my 3.0 SC and 997 C2.

Ollie is a good guy and very down to earth.

Mind you RPM is only 10 miles from me so no brainer

Good choice and they will be fine looking after your T as well. Steve is midway through a 71 2.2S resto.

JAZ get my vote too - helped me mechanically overhaul my 1980 911 SC Targa - sterling job. Now the car is in the body shop, needed a load of seals and parts - not an issue for Steve - within 48 hours, he managed to source all the parts - Europarts where he could help reduce costs and direct from Germany for those hard to get parts.

Exemplary service but you will need to book in advance - he has a busy schedule of work.

Highly recommend Jaz. As noted above, Steve will report any issues to the same standard as a main dealer, but will only recommend work that actually needs doing.
