Boot pull cable replacement

Not really sure if i should discuss this on here, but if anyone has had any experience of changing one could they P.M. Me any info on how to do it please. Many thanks.

Hi,

I've recently done mine, easy to do just fiddly, I bought a fire extinguisher pull cable from eBay with the t handle about £7

Remove the cover panel behind the driver's door, unscrew the nipple, I then pulled the inner cable through with pliers and left the outer sleeve in place and then carefully pushed the new cable through the existing sleeve measured the desired length and cut, slide on the old nipple and screw tight.

Thanks for that Jon, sounds simple enough, just ordered one off e bay.
