Why are there so many stickies and offers? They take up half of the bleedin' page on the GG homepage

New threads on the page are swamped out with offers and promotions and other garbage - why not have a special offers section and stick all that sort of stuff in there instead of cluttering up the forum?

If you promote the new 'offers' section properly then people who like that sort of stuff will know where to look
