Can anyone recommend a solicitor for buying and selling a property. Reliable, good and reasonably priced.

Thanks.

"Reliable, good and reasonably priced."

Not sure I've ever seen a single firm provide all three...............

Forget price - use someone local to the property who's familiar with any local oddities.

In my experience it doesn't make much difference who you hire yourself, what buggers everything up is if the other party in the sale hires a crap conveyancer, or the lender insists on using their crap one for their part.
