Just a quick question...
After it rains heavily, I find water on top of the sills (where the numbered sill plate is) when I open the door of my car. Car has been standing outside, not driven.
Is this normal? Anyone else find this?

Thanks for any advice

Never had that after the car has stood out in rain but on a few occasions when I've opened the door water has dripped off the roof straight on to the sill. Have you tried a low pressure jet wash around the door seal to try and find where its coming in? I would have thought there would be water marks on the glass and/or leather if coming through the door glass/roof seal.

Neither have I. And I did drive in torrential rain across France when I took delivery of the car, also stood one hour parked up when it was pouring down while I had lunch and no water on the sill, water pouring down from the roof when you open the door yes.

Thanks for your comments. Sounds like one for the dealer to look at
