Unfortunately the car has locking wheel nuts and no socket to get them off. Were these a standard fit on a 97 car where somewhere like Powers Performance may have a set of sockets? Anyone got a pics of there locking wheel nuts that may help me identify what I have?
Thanks
Ian

Hi Ian.

I reckon you're unlucky and these are more than likely aftermarket fitments.

You can get a special tool to remove them, have a look online.

When my wife lost her locking wheel not key a few years ago we took it to our local tourist shop and they remove the set for about 25 quid.

Most garages will remove them for about thirty quid.

Thanks guys. Never knew such a tool exists! Machine mart had two options, I went with the two socket set first but had to take them back. This set did the trick

£26 job done! You need a compressor to do it though.
