Annoying pop-up ads

Is anyone else seeing highly annoying pop-up ads, typically enacted when I scroll over 'key words' highlighted as per the screen shot below?



I've just updated to Windows 10 (why, oh why, oh why...), running Chrome, with AdBlock enabled (which is blocking all other ads).

I don't see this on any other of my PCs and devices - just this one, but this is the only one running W10...

I've never seen that on W10 and chrome when I had adblock, although I now use uBlock which I consider to be better and have not seen that either.

Just ran Malwarebytes, aned it seems I've been infected with the Pulseadnetwork re-director 'virus' during the W10 download process. Now to find out how to get rid of it...
