Not sure its exactly a new series, but the body off chassis refurb is interesting.

Always amazes me how cheap their estimated costs are for everything.

If you haven't seen it then it is a new series smile

Got to love a Cerb.

Huge amount of work goes into it. And it's rather disheartening how much they get for an otherwise spot on car.

Could be worse, could have a DB7 which Ed Has just had to change the oil cooler and connecting pipes.. Parts alone £1000!!!!!

These TVR's are bargain British sport cars...

did enjoy the Cerb episode although agree slightly disheartens how little they got for it although not sure sure when it was sold

Seen the Cerb several times now - easily bored in the evenings you know. When they are refitting the body to the new chassis (made by RTR Sheffield) it is a tight fit so ham-fisted Ed uses a crowbar to 'make it fit'. The chassis has just been powder-coated and you can see him damage the new surface. rolleyes
The S2 was on yesterday (again) and the DB7 tonight (again). There was no need for Ed to damage the oil cooler with the seized threads if he had tackled it properly. rolleyes

I am quite disappointed to read the above as the series that started last evening has been advertised as a "new" series. I remember the cerbera from some time ago and also watched the S2 one again recently; as ever Ed moans about how unreliable TVRs are on the basis that the one he is working on is 20 years old and the rad leaks and a track rod end was worn!! (Clearly he isn't used to dealing with cars that have been used ....). Have to give it a go though ...
