There is a tricky relationship between bun and meat. You don't want to much of each and all in proper proportion

Where you fail is there is no meat there at all.

I did't make it - I just ate it! And the ratio was fine once you squashed it down! Two patties and chorizo in this particular burger. Not as rare as I would like, mind....

Another fan of HMHB here. Been going since it opened. Only draw back is it's always heaving in there so lucky if you get a table.
