Green Pearl 4.2 R37TOK - know it?

In the process of buying it off a guy in Scotland and just wondered if anyone on here had previously owned it? It's an unusual Pearl Green - sort of dark green with gold flecks in it - very nice. Coincidentally an almost identical car turned up on Pistonheads classifieds a few days ago - but its an identical colour. It's all clear on HPI (vin, logbook, MoT etc etc)
It also had a personal plat N4 PEB on it, if this helps jog anyone's memory.
It's got 39,000 miles on it and drives really well. Even the paintwork looks pretty spot on. So anyone know it?
