On my second Disco 4 now and after having no problems with the first one the second one has an issue that I've just noticed today after picking it up on Wednesday.

The rear nearside suspension is sitting 1-2 inches higher than rear offside. This is the same at all suspension heights. The front is fine.

I'm going to take it back anyway on Monday but was just curious if anyone has an idea what the fault is?

Yes it appears that my mother in law is sat in the back.

Dammit, do you want her back or shall I just drop her off at a charity shop?

Charity shop, council tip, your choice.

Anyway, is it on air springs? If so, it will surely be an airbag; if not, a broken spring would be my guess.

It's on airbags, it's brand fire new hot out the factory.

I'll see what the illustrious dealer comes up with.

If you have a tape measure.

Measure from centre of wheel caps to the bottom of the arch at each corner.

I know a D3 should have a measurement of 466 at the front and 486 at the back.

You may need the height recalibrated which is easy to do.
I recalibrated mine 2 weeks ago. The heights were out and the car didn't sit right. Quick check of the heights, plus into the IID tool and with the Gap instructions and calculations. It was sitting level again.

Many thanks.

3 corners are fine, 1 corner is sitting too high, although it is less of an error now I am at work as opposed to when it was sat onmy drive!
