I've just realised that I don't know anyone at all called George! For work reasons I've got masses of names in my phone - about ten Steves for example, stacks of Pauls, I've even got a couple of Erics and two Gavins! But no Georges.
Where've they all gone all of a sudden?
very popular kids name, i'm guessing you don't know many people under 10 years old.Where've they all gone all of a sudden?

My cat is called George.
So is ours - he was a kitten that belonged to a neighbour who died so we ended up with his cat, the neigbhour was called George so the cat ended up with the same name. He was in his late fifties. As for real, alive folk, I know one, a former work colleague who retired two weeks ago, aged 64.
