Is there anyone that will take my TVR away and fix?

I just havent the time to fix it anymore, it needs a new diff a new gearbox and electrical issues....is there someone that can pick it up? the diff is out and so is the gearbox...and just redo the whole thing? it needs love...and care and a fix up - i am going to need to sell it soon and i just havent the time anymore sad

any help will be much appreciated

Depending on the condition of the rest of it... you might be better off selling it as a project. Got to be worth £3/4k in its current state, and a lot of people would be interested.

How much would you spend on fixing it just to sell it ?

Engine has had a rebuild and the rest of the car is sweet (interior could use a little tlc) but i just want to get it driving again..

the fuse is gone so i cant start it, dont know where the lil bugger is (100 amp)? not in the footwell anyway...

I've spent over 6k on it since ive had it and i bought it for 6.5k....cant sell it for 3/4k

its a rare 430 bv!

If it is the starter not turning there is a fuse and holder on the chassis rail about 6" - 1' in front of the starter motor. Well, there is on mine anyway....

The 100A fuse is part of the charging circuit for the battery.

Car will start without it, but of course the battery is not being recharged.

Car wont even turn ignition lights on - dead as a dodo...dont know what it is! i turn the key and nothing happens what so ever, no priming no noises no nothing...almost as if there isnt a battery in it! but it is fully charged!

This is usually the 80amp fuse that hides in the spaghetti loom by the battery, often hidden down the back out of the way.

sorting out the workshop space this evening, will be in touch in a couple of days to sort out collection date.

Just to save you looking too hard. Some of the early 430s didnt have the 100 amp fuse. Ask me how I know.

In that case Wuck! what would you say would be the problem in getting the ignition to even turn on? nothing happens what so ever.

It could be many different things, none of which will be the same on any 2 cars. However start with the basics. Id get a test meter and check the voltage at the battery then follow it to the ignition barrel and check it there. Id also check earth continuity on all the earth cables to the chassis as mine needed replacing.
