Are we sure this isn't the same vehicle? Looks in good shape, just a shame about that colour though Chris

It looks very much like the one that was for sale in January at David Geralds for £15k, which was purchased and put up for auction, but I can't remember which auction. I think they thought it would fly after the scrappy Mica blue V8s sold for £13,650 at Anglia Auctions also in January.

The location looks like Fernehurst's. And red ones are the fastest as we well know Max.

Scratch that. The David Gerald one was a J reg with 70,000 on the clock and sold at Classic Car Auctions in March for £12,100.

Definitely Fernhurst from that shot Joe. They had a white genuine 4.3 V8s a while back. Not far away from me!

The shape is all original. It looks to me like the wood veneer has spit and has been removed. The metal base has then been polished and brushed or painted to be similar to the body. Can't really tell any more as I'm only on my phone and the photos are tiny.

I don't think I've posted on this thread. Maybe it was one of the aliens?

Nice wheels though. The split rims do seem to set off the V8S for some reason. If you have time to keep them clean that is.
