Help identifying nut type

Hello,

I need help identifying this nut. It sits in a plastic housing and a bolt then goes through to clamp the plastic against a flat surface.
I have tried local motor factor who suggested Google and various names such as t-nut, anchor nut, anchor plate but nothing matches. Help would be appreciated.
