996 Turbo actuator

Can any body tell me if the N/S bank 1 cam angle actuator can be removed without having to remove the plenum. It looks like the actuator should be able to be undue once the air filter is removed and a 32mm crows foot used to un do it. I just don't know if there is clearance to full extract it without a bigger dismantle.
