I have reported a few myself, but it is quite difficult to control.
I have also noticed a recent trend on PH for spam users to sign up and post a few (semi) sensible posts, I presume to test the system and possibly gain trust, and then they begin posting spammy links, mostly digging up old posts where genuine users were seeking assistance.

We have spoken about restricting the number of posts a noobie can post a day, but as you say it's not always them that can catch us out.
