Hi,

I've been reading on the web but still not sure, there are 2 different types of battery conditioner, one has a cigarette lighter socket and the other is a 3 pin connector.

What type do I need for a 2004-2006 DB9 ?

Before you say "just look in the boot" I haven't purchased my DB9 yet, i'm in the market looking for a good example, i'm just looking at accessories I will need and getting them in.

Thanks
Paul.

Paul,

I'm not sure what type of connector a DB9 between these years requires, but if you purchase one of the highly recommended, and vastly cheaper than AM's battery conditioners, then CTEK charger/conditioners have a large array of different connectors - CTEK Accessories

I got my cigar-type connector for £8.00 IIRC from eBAY.

I think all the DB9s have a cigarette type socket in the boot, mine has (but isn't that year). Think my charger is an Accumate with a cigarette lighter adaptor, you can get pretty much any adaptor for them.

The "very early" DB9s had the XLR plugs. I haven't the foggiest what "very early" translates to, though.

Cheers,
Jeff.

Mine is a 2006 MY (originally on a 55 plate) and has the 3 pin connector. The car came with a charger, so I would wait until you get one to see if it has one with it.
