A 1.8kg Pork shoulder joint?
Currently in my freezer from being bought end of last year before I split from my ex, I did think to cook the whole joint but most would get wasted before it gets eaten so any help with what to do with it?
I have thought of sawing (with a clean saw)the joint in to 3 pieces, can I do this and for it to be ok?

HFW's Pork "Donnie Brasco" is spectacular. http://www.telegraph.co.uk/foodanddrink/3312736/Th...

I would cook a goulash, the Jamie Oliver recipe with loads of peppers is tasty. Eat what you can and freeze the rest in smaller portions.

I made this for the first time last night — big thumbs up: https://realfood.tesco.com/recipes/korean-pork-and...
Well, removed the joint from the freezer on Monday evening and left it to defrost in the fridge until yesterday, prepped and cooked in the oven for 4 hours and I must say it turned out very nice, so much so there isn't a lot that required freezing!
Have been picking at the portion I have in the fridge and it tastes just as good cold
