Ceramic water pump seals

Anybody know where I can buy these. And only these, I have spoken to City seals and they don't have them, minimum order is 150, which is a few more than I anticipate needing.

Sprung seal,known as a mechanical seal, apparently made by a French company.

If it comes to It, maybe I could buy 150 of them, then perhaps I can use this to sell on to the masses!?
