Personal Tax comp - few clues !?

Some guidance please on how to calculate it, so I know what bill roughly is inbound !
No Salary...retired, single.
Net Interest on UK bank accounts is £9250.
Gross Dividends on Equities is £10600 (bloody confusing why GROSS as mainly Shell, and a little from Verizon US....)
Net Dividends on Equities is £65300 (all UK FTSE stocks).
Capital Gains on Buy / Sell of Equities is LOSS of £6500.
Nothing else to declare.
Just some pointers, or an easy to see website or free download.
