So why cant I place an add for my wedge in the classifieds?

So I have tried 3 times now, each time I receive an email saying its live and then click on the link it says its been refused.
Tried calling them and its just an answerphone, they dont reply to messages or emails. On the whole not really very professional.
Hoping someone on here as a moderator may have a little constructive advice, after all if there is anything like a suggestion in a post your selling something they are quick enough to delete the post, but actually try and sell in the correct place and !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
