TVR Tuscan mark 2
Discussion
Tuscan 2 was unveiled at the Motor Show 04 under the auspices of Peter Wheeler. The most recent photos show some tweaks - who knows whether they are post Smolenski or if they were already in the planning when the sale was made? I don't.
To concur(ish) with Gazboy (though I would never make a habit of it
), if it drives like a Tamora, it'll be a dream

Lets wait till the few examples on the road hit the 6500mile territory before judging them to be a 'solid' build... anyone can paint over a cracked canvas
Tuscan MK1's came in all kinds of build quality - from superbly put together to damn right atrocities... the Tuscan MK2 isnt selling in BIG numbers just yet, once we got a fair number of them on the roads, then we'll see what the story is and a fair comparison between Wheelers time and now... (remember, the people who build them havent changed! and 90-odd have gone walkies)

OK?
Until its tried and tested over a few 1000miles, we cant be sure how long the glue holds together, cant make sweeping statements based on 'first experience' without due course of regular use and stress...
Lady Topaz is doing a great story over on the Tuscan forum - watching that one with eyes wide open....

Well hush my mouth!
I write my posts with a fag in one hand and music blasting in the background with probably a few shots downed to warm the appetite... I dont think that for one minute I came across as telling you to be quiet... so relax before you get a hernia man... I wont lose sleep over it... just made a valid point that sometimes its better to 'wait and see'....
anyway, just checked out a Tuscan 2 close up today - I mean literally under the car... and I didnt come away too impressed... heres one of many pics I took....
impressive design... but still cant touch the cerbie...
