I'm looking for a new chair for my PC in 'the office' which really means where I play games and watch downloaded movie and TV shows in the evening after work. However as said there are some restrictions. £100 budget +/-£25 and needs to come from either Staples or Argos as I have £120 of compliments vouchers coming from work and already have a £25 Argos gift card. Does anyone have a suitable chair bought from Staples or Argos?

I have bought three office chairs from Staples. The cheapest always seems the most comfortable, and they usually only have the display one in stock, so I get them to knock a tenner off.

I agree with this actually.

I find the big 'executive' leather office chairs are often really uncomfortable for me.
It's the smaller, cheaper more upright ones that are the best.

I think the last one I bought from Staples was only £40 and it's been great for a year so far.

It will go much faster if you buy some badges for it and stick them on the back

eg M Sport |S Line AMG GTR Club Sport GT3 Trofeo Challenge Stradale

I have a Herman chair in my office at work and there's no doubting that it's the best office chair I have ever had. But, the cost is stupid. At home I have an ikea solid plastic clear chair and at the end of an 8 hour day I've never felt the chair to be an issue

I would suggest buying a used office chair from the likes of POF (http://www.ebay.co.uk/usr/p.o.f-ltd?_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2754), as you will get a much, MUCH better chair for your money, and they are always in remarkably good condition.
