Dear all
For some years , one of the limbering/loosening up exercises I have done, involves laying on back and drawing up knee over the chest so I can touch it with my head. Obviously, its more difficult to do than standing up, owing to not being able to curve my back .

What confuses me though, is that I find it far easier to do with my left leg , than my right. The left I do easily, the right takes substantial effort.
Its been this way for as long as I can remember and it really puzzles me as I'm right handed, so would assume I would find the right easier than the left , if anything.

Perhaps not a straightforward question, but anyone any idea as to why this should be?

I think this can be put down simply to muscle/joint mobility. Many people, including myself, can touch their hands behind their back one way however, try the other way and get nowhere near. How you physically increase mobility in that area I will leave to someone more qualified.
