PCM and speed cameras !!

Collected my RS last week and am extremely pleased to say the least ! Then this morning I get a NIP in the post .... 46 in a 40 limit , not in the RS , in the Land Rover . So I started looking at the PCM in the RS does it show speed cameras ,err no !! . It seems I was caught by a mobile 'unit' and yes I should have have been more 'aware' but we've all been there !
So the question is has anyone experience of an 'app' that can help so I can connect my iPhone via blue tooth to get 'live' updates rather than buy a road angel or similar ??

From http://www.pocketgpsworld.com/modules.php?name=Cam... it seems that you can use CamerAlert and get updated camera data from Pocket GPS for about £20pa updated weekly.
I use the Pocket GPS data on Garmin and it has saved me a few times - clean licence so far.

Waze is good as alerts are user generated and therefore 'up-to-the-minute'. And it's free....
