So we've recently been switched onto VM 100MB broadband...since then I've had nothing but issues trying to use Xbox Live on my Xbox One...FIFA & Black Ops both are having connection issues. I've opened all suggested ports etc. Strange thing is, before the upgrade, I had no issues with connectivity etc. I was house sitting at the weekend and took the console with me, the person had BT internet and it was running around 30MB & I had no connection issues...I've tried to contact VM and they're pretty useless, basically couldn't give me an answer. Anyone have similar issues and have any suggestions? My NAT type is usually Open.

Not that it is of any use, but I'm on Virgin 100Mb and everything has just worked without any tinkering at all.

Haven't looked into it beyond that. This includes her Xbone and my PS4.

I had this constantly after getting the new hub, after searching for ages I found this advice on the virgin media forum:

"go to your super hub 2 settings (192.168.0.1 in your web browser) (your default password should be.. changeme),

click advanced settings, click yes, click wireless radio (top selection) then look at wireless mode.. if your having problems it will be checked on 144mbps! YOU NEED to select 54mbps, save settings. your xbox one should now no longer disconnect!"

Fixed my issues at least!

Great, thanks! Another thing to try! Just makes my xbox a very expensive paper weight at the moment as I only really play online with mates!

Ah, I'm perhaps having no issues because they're all wired to the hub.

Don't remember any issues when they were initially set up over the hub's WiFi. I only got Virgin a few months ago though so it may be a different version of the hub.

Is it the Super Hub 2? That's the one we've been given as an 'upgrade'. The previous router from Virgin worked fine!

This seems to have fixed the issue. Haven't tried playing in a party yet, but looks promising! Thanks for the info!
