Timestamps on posts - can we improve older posts with HH:MM?

Just a thought. I was browsing one of the F1 race threads earlier and wanted to see reactions to a certain event. This was made difficult by the multitude of posts, now so old that they simply state a day and a month.
Some other forums I frequent either display all timestamp details of messages (e.g. 25/04/2016 22:52), or display similar to PH but with a hover-over comment showing full timestamp details (e.g. my post might say Monday 25 April 2016 in future, but if you hover over it, a comment would pop up saying 25/04/2016 22:52).
Is there any way PH can adopt a similar concept in terms of showing the time a post was created? Not only is it useful for sports and current events, but it's also useful when reviewing troubleshooting threads, to see how long it took a user to do a certain job. I can't imagine it's a particularly arduous bit of coding, but would be very helpful to users
