Odd Connection Issue

Hey I'm just wondering if anyone of you fine scholars are able to help me out with a really odd issue I have with getting into anything EA related via my internet.

SO on Sunday I was playing FIFA online everything hunky dory but I went out then came back Sunday evening and was unable to play online as it said I needed to create an account which it shouldn't do because I was playing it earlier that day. I initially thought it was an EA issue so have contacted the help via chat and a phonecall and have tried everything they have so far suggested which includes;

hard reset on both console and router
refreshing licenses on the PS4
deleting and reinstalling FIFA
deleting and reinstalling my user account on my PS4
rebuilding the PS4 database via safe mode start up
downloading the demo and trying to play that

All to no avail. What I'm pretty certain of now is that it is an issue with my ISP as I can't login to any sort of EA related item (website, origin etc) using my internet but if I turn my wifi off on my phone and use my phone data I can login in absolutely fine no issues.

My technical knowledge when it comes to specific router settings is very small but I have checked the UPnP is turned on and it is.

The only game I have played online since basically wiping my PS4 is Dark Souls 3 and that works absolutely fine no issues and I'm currently reinstalling Black Ops 3 and will test the multiplayer capabilities with that but I'm not anticipating any problems.

So I suppose what I'm really trying to say is, has anyone else ran into a similar issue with something blocking access to one specific thing and if anyone has any pointers to give me and indication of what to try next as I suppose I'll have to give Sky a ring and see if it's any issues their end.
