1988 Carrera Oil Pressure

Hi

Took the 911 out for a run today and noticed the oil pressure seemed to be much higher then usual, even when warm.

I normally see rpm plus 1 bar e.g. at 1k rpm, 2 bar oil pressure. However, I was seeing rpm plus 2 bar today. Everything seemed fine in the engine bay, could it be down to the weather conditions being extremely cold or is there likely to be another problem?

Any views would be appreciated.

Hi, Im no expert (but I do own a 89 Carrera).
This doesnt seem out of the ordinary to me.

There must be someone here who can offer you a more meaningful response however.
