LONDON TO BRIGHTON PROGRESS MADE

Good news! Ive spoken to Andy earlier tonight and it looks like there will be an unofficial run to Brighton, on probably the 14th of sept to coincide with the speed trials.Andy is going to try and speak to some one from the council about any parking arangements,I must stress (TRY) coz as any one knows its hard to get help from councils at the best of times!!!!I will need to know about numbers coming in order to inform Andy my e-mail adress is [e-mail].(SORRY FOR THE EARLIER INCORRECT E-MAIL ADD.THIS IS THE CORRECT ONE) look forward to hearing from you! would 100 cars be possible???

Just treid 3 times to send you an e mail but keep getting "mail delivery problems".

I would definitely do the London to Brighton run and would really appreciate a parking space.

I should be there for the speed trials, a cruise down would be good, a parking space not next to repmobile/micra/scrote better

I'm going to miss this years speed trials ad subsequent run down there. Went to the trials for the first time last year and found it fascinating...

Same email problem here, but count us in for the run. Maybe Ted would add this to the Events so you could keep a track of numbers that way?

Bluethunder : Count me in for 14th, never been to the speed trials before and have always wanted to, so with the extra incentive of the run I've got no excuse. (Unless it's raining, as previously mentioned i've got no roof/windows!)

Bring your old F3 cars, FFord, souped-up dragsters and have a standing quarter mile along the very straight road on the marina (down below not the main road!). It's quite a laugh to see what goes up and down!

I remember they used to do those in Blackpool, exactly the same concept (1984!). Even got some photos somewhere.

same problems with the e-mail. Would be interested though don't think i can ask for a parking space (or at least not one near incorrigible) as I only have a T4 aka repmobile !! When are you leaving and what route are you taking??....

looks like early is the best time to get there, Bluethunder was talking about parking up ~9 ish, so somewhere around the A281 / A24 or A264 / A23 junctions ~8:30 or I know a couple of good cafes on the way (or when we get there) for early / late starters
Just pray for less g numpties this time

Andy area organiser is away at the moment so i cant give you any info on where the meet up will be other than it will be some where north of brighton,I cant understand why some of you are having problems with my e-mail because i am getting e-mails from some of you, but here goes again ([e-mail]).From the e-mails i have recieved on cars going so far its... 3 griffs 5 chimaeras 1 390se but im sure more will come........
