Anyone got in to try this?

It's another World of Warships etc. type game, but capital ships in space. Business model looks quite similar too, I've never played one of these before but from what I do know of the others, this looks like it could have something in it with how it plays.

I've only really tried the Destroyer ships far, it's satisfying and fun to play when everything comes together, moving in and out of cover, cycling your ability rotations and using energy wisely. You can direct power to speed, shields, weapons or shutdown energy use on a mouse button wheel, or energy is also used by some passive and active abilities.

It's a UE4 game so scales pretty well, I'm getting near 60fps on one notch down settings (4690k/660) and a little slowdown in heavier firefights. Still very noticeably an early beta and is rough in places, professional recordings and some dev speaking for the same npc, and some server and matchmaking issues that still seem to be happening though they've made changes which supposedly fixed them.

I dont have any codes to give out at the moment but I'll see if I can work out how to generate some. There's plenty around or the cheapest £7 pack gets you access too.

I'd forgotten about that one, haven't tried it no. They do look very similar, though there do seem to be differences so hopefully they can succeed in their niches; DN more paralels with faster twitchier FPSs, FS more parrelels with DOTA-clones in it's gameplay.

Only thing worrying about this one is, hopefully Greybox's marketing isn't as completely st as it was for Grey Goo which died on it's arse in weeks (I know RTS is struggling these days which doesn't help, Starcraft notwithstanding-ish).
