Anyone done Great Dun Fell?

Everything I've read about this climb makes me want to have a crack at it. I'm in the Lakes for the Fred at the weekend and will probably have enough time to drive to the area and give it a shot on Saturday. I'm already nervous enough about the Fred, will doing GDF the day before tax me too much?
