Birthday coming up. I thought last summer that I saw the odd hire boat on the Thames near Weybridge of the rectangular pontoon type, with a roof, seats 8-10 and has a bbq on it and room for a cooler. Anyone know it or of anything similar?

I guess it reduces the chances of such a specific boat in a specific location resulting in being rammed by a tug boat. What are the chances!?

Personally I'd be going for a canal boat. Easier, comfier, bigger and less chance of tug collision.

I'd go for a house with a garden. I'm not sure how a tug boat would collide with a house 5 miles from the nearest body of water.

Or maybe a yurt. Or maybe a weekend in Barcelona.

I know one that has a Rhombus shaped roof, seats 7-9, has an open campfire and room for an icebucket?

Its in Cobham.

These might help:
http://www.jgfboats.com/
http://www.weydays.co.uk/index.html
They dont list the surface area of the grilles on their websites though im afraid.

this might be exactly what you're after but the location is a bit off.
