When I try to report this advert as a scam

It just hangs on the page after clicking submit. At least one person has been ripped off by this already.

The dealers account has obviously been hacked. There's loads of ads from the same dealer on car and classic that are obviously scams.
The ad that scammed the last person was from a different hacked account.
I know the only people who get scammed are the greedy and/or gullible but it doesn't help when you can't even report it.
