Right, I have forgotten where this vacuum feed goes to from the fuel presure regulator. Does it go to one of the two pipes on the side of the throttle body????????

Car is a 2.9 S3. NOT a C.

Urgent help required. I'd like to make the Hethel trackday tomorrow.

Thanks.

See photo, it is indeed connected to the intake manifold.
On my S2, one of the pipes on the throttle body is permanently blanked off.

Fuel pressure regulator vacuum reference should be connected to manifold vacuum - it won't care where it is connected as long as you don't connect it to ported vacuum i.e. a throttle edge tapping. (Dizzy vacuum often needs to be connected to ported vacuum but I don't know whether that's the case with this engine.)
