First show of the year at Shuttleworth at the weekend and the Reds had to cancel as a Gazelle pilot did not read his NOTAM's!
I imagine his going to be in a world of st for that!

Wasn't cancelled, we lost 3 minutes of display time though

Not abandoned. Restarted after the intruder cleared the air space.
I was there.
Just after that photo Red1 gave him a burst of white smoke, I wonder which thought (if any) went through the mind of the helicopter pilot? Was it "Oh look the Red Arrows giving me a wave" or "Bugger, I'm in for it now"?

I was at work yesterday, right next to RAF Henlow which is 5 miles south of Old Warden.

I watched Red 1 give a brief squirt of white smoke as they flew past just to the north of Henlow Camp and thought it a bit strange at the time.
